WiiM power without a streamer: 100 W per channel with analogue and digital inputs
WiiM Vibelink is a dedicated stereo amplifier designed to work with an external streamer rather than replace one.
The single WiiM Vibelink delivers up to 100 W per channel into 8 ohms and 200 W into 4 ohms from its digital inputs. There is no Wi-Fi, music-service platform or built-in network streaming: RCA, optical and coaxial feed a design focused on amplification, conversion and power delivery.
Key features
- 100 W per channel into 8 ohms and 200 W into 4 ohms from digital sources
- TI TPA3255 Class-D stage with PFFB
- ESS ES9039Q2M DAC
- Six TI OPA1612 operational amplifiers
- RCA analogue input with a dedicated analogue path
- Optical and coaxial inputs up to 24-bit/192 kHz
- 12 V trigger for coordinated power control
- Aluminium chassis with passive cooling
The decisive difference: no built-in streaming
Vibelink is not simply a WiiM Amp without a screen. Amp, Amp Pro and Amp Ultra receive network services directly; Vibelink requires an external source. Pairing it with Mini, Pro, Pro Plus or Ultra keeps the streamer and power-amplifier stages physically separate.
Three inputs, two signal approaches
Optical and coaxial use the internal ES9039Q2M for signals up to 24-bit/192 kHz. RCA is intended for sources already converted to analogue, useful when the DAC inside a streamer or another external component is the converter that should remain in the signal path.
PFFB and thermal management
The TI TPA3255 operates with Post Filter Feedback to make response more consistent with different loudspeaker loads. Its aluminium enclosure uses passive dissipation and a copper heat pipe, with no cooling fan.
