Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the receipt of the order confirmation email. Once we ship your order, you will receive a separate notification.

Product availability displayed on the website is indicative and not binding. Products marked as "Available" may be physically present in the central warehouse of BVM Computers srl in Trezzano sul Naviglio at Via Carlo Porta, 3, or they may be stored in external warehouses of official distributors. In the latter case, shipping can only occur after the transfer of items from the external warehouse to the central warehouse. Product availability updates occur on a weekly basis. In the case of products with low stock, at the time of the order, some items may be sold out in all warehouses. In this case, an estimated delivery date will be communicated, and the customer will have the option to cancel the order.

Shipping Rates and Estimates for National Shipments

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

During certain periods, there may be an offer for free shipping for orders over a threshold of €250 in spending. This offer is always indicated when active at the top of the homepage. In some areas, the offer may not be valid.

In-Store Pickup

You can avoid shipping costs by choosing free local pickup at BVM Computers srl, Via Carlo Porta, 3, 20090 Trezzano sul Naviglio (MI). After you have placed your order and selected local pickup during checkout, your order will be prepared. When the order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday mornings are by appointment only. When you come to pick up your order, make sure to have the confirmation email with you.

How Can I Check the Status of an Order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number for you to monitor its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 4 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at, specifying your name and order number, and we will conduct the necessary checks.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at by providing the order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
