Hi-Res streaming in the smallest WiiM format
WiiM Mini brings network music and multi-room playback to an existing system in a 69 × 69 × 24 mm enclosure.
The single WiiM Mini is the entry point to the streamer family: connect it to an amplifier, external DAC or powered speakers to add playback up to 24-bit/192 kHz, AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect and TIDAL Connect without dedicating full-size hi-fi shelf space to the source.
Key features
- Optical digital output up to 24-bit/192 kHz
- Built-in TI Burr-Brown PCM5121 DAC
- 3.5 mm analogue input and output
- Dual-band Wi-Fi and two-way Bluetooth
- AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect and DLNA
- Gapless playback and multi-room operation
- Touch controls for volume and playback
The compact choice in the family
Mini prioritises size and simplicity. Compared with Pro, it leaves out Ethernet, Google Cast, optical input and coaxial output; it still provides both analogue and optical outputs, allowing it to work with electronics already installed in the system.
Internal DAC or digital transport
The PCM5121 can feed an amplifier directly through the analogue output. If a dedicated converter is already available, the optical connection can pass the signal onwards and leave conversion to that external DAC, with Mini acting as the network source.
