A 1,000-watt Statement monoblock in Class D and a 1U chassis
Anthem Statement M1 is a Class D monoblock power amplifier rated at 1,000 W into 8 ohms, 2,000 W into 4 ohms and 2,400 W into 2 ohms, with RCA/XLR inputs and a 1U Slim Line chassis.
M1 is the most specialised power amplifier in the Statement range: one channel, 1 kW into 8 ohms and a Class D architecture designed to concentrate very high current in a remarkably compact chassis. Each loudspeaker requires its own M1, allowing stereo or multichannel systems to be built entirely from monoblocks with rack installation where required.

One channel, one dedicated amplifier
M1 is a true monoblock: each unit powers one loudspeaker only. A stereo system therefore requires two M1s, while a multichannel system can increase amplifier count according to the most demanding channels. With no shared power supply, there is no energy interaction between different amplifier channels.
1,000 watts into 8 ohms
Output starts at 1,000 W into 8 ohms, rises to 2,000 W into 4 ohms and reaches 2,400 W into 2 ohms. These figures place M1 clearly above MCA and the P Series for single-channel output and suit loudspeakers requiring exceptionally high current.
High-power Class D
The output stage operates in Class D, allowing very high power to be combined with a slim chassis and greater efficiency than a conventional design of comparable scale. The audio path remains analogue: pulse-width control does not involve A/D or D/A conversion of the signal.
Advanced Load Monitoring
ALM™ uses current, voltage and temperature monitoring to supervise operating conditions continuously. The system protects both power amplifier and loudspeaker if abnormal loads or conditions arise while keeping safety management outside the audio signal path.
RCA, XLR and monoblock systems
RCA and XLR inputs allow M1 to work with stereo preamplifiers or A/V processors. Balanced XLR connection is particularly suited to rack installations and systems using several monoblocks, where cable runs may be longer than in a conventional system.
1U format and installation
The Slim Line chassis is designed to occupy a single 1U rack space, an unusual result for an amplifier delivering 1,000 W into 8 ohms. This compactness allows several M1 units to be stacked in custom installations while maintaining very high output for every individual channel.
