A compact monitor with an MHEX woofer and 89 dB sensitivity
Totem Kin One is a passive two-way loudspeaker using a 4-inch MHEX woofer, 1-inch tweeter and nominal 6-ohm impedance.
It is the most conventional Kin monitor in this group: a ported enclosure, response down to 65 Hz and wall-mounting capability through a threaded insert. Compared with Kin Flex it extends deeper, while giving up the same degree of orientation freedom and sealed-box behaviour.
Key features

- Compact enclosure approximately 24 cm high.
For small stereo systems and Kin installations
Kin One can work with a conventional integrated amplifier or with Kin Amp to form a very compact system. It suits small rooms, desktops and secondary systems, and can also serve as a surround channel. Its deeper extension compared with Kin Flex makes it preferable when the speaker must operate without a subwoofer at moderate levels. The MHEX woofer uses a multilayer cone with a hexagonal core to increase rigidity and reaction speed. A second-order crossover works with the cabinet geometry and an internal L-shaped port to extend bass response without greatly increasing enclosure volume.
