The Control it 1 is a compact infrared remote control, already programmed for Pro-Ject electronics: a single handset runs both the amplifier and the CD player from the Box Design range.
Control it 1: functions and compatibility
This is a light system remote, 70 g and 150 x 40 x 15 mm, which takes the place of the handsets shipped with Box Design components. Nothing needs setting up, because the codes are already stored. It runs on two AAA batteries, which do not come in the box.
According to the maker's page it works with the Pre Box RS, DS and S3, the Stereo Box RS, DS3, S3 BT, S2 (BT), S and E, the Uni Box S3, the MaiA DS3, S3 and S2, and the CD Box DS3, DS2 T, DS, S3, S2, S and E. The mute key has no effect on S, S2, DS, DS2 and RS units, while S3 and DS3 models may need a firmware update before it works.
