ZERO-Tech and RF Noise Management
ZERO-Tech (absence of characteristic impedance) technology helps maintain a more linear response and less "compressed" dynamics in transients. In parallel, the Noise-Dissipation system works to reduce interference, with silver-plated drain conductors to convey RF noise more effectively. The result is a quieter background and a cleaner presentation, especially on digital sources and devices.
IEC-C13 connectors for standard connections
The NRG-Y3 is designed for components with an IEC-C13 input (most amplifiers, streamers, players, DACs, and many A/V electronics). The cold-welded terminations are designed to ensure stable and reliable contact over time, while the braided jacket offers robustness and convenience for rack installation.
