Nordost QSOURCE DC Cable

Nordost QSOURCE DC Cable: DC lead for the QSOURCE

The QSOURCE DC Cable is the direct current lead that links the QSOURCE, the Nordost linear power supply, to DC-powered equipment, starting with the QPOINT Resonance Synchronizer.

It uses two 22 AWG solid-core conductors in silver-plated OFC copper, laid out as a twisted pair: a geometry that helps to remove noise inside the cable. Micro Mono-Filament technology brings an air dielectric into the design and raises signal speed. Insulation is FEP and the build is shielded.

Technical features

• Conductors: two, 22 AWG each
• Material: solid-core OFC copper, plated in silver
• Insulation: FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene)
• Micro Mono-Filament build with shielded twisted pairs
• Terminations provided by the manufacturer: LEMO-LEMO, or LEMO to a 5.5 x 2.1 mm or 5.5 x 2.5 mm DC plug

Available versions

Lengths of 1 m, 1.5 m and 2 m, with LEMO terminations.
