At the centre of the design is the 12th-generation Uni-Q driver with a 25 mm vented aluminium dome tweeter and a 165 mm aluminium cone for the mid-bass range. The integration of Metamaterial Absorption Technology helps absorb the unwanted noise from the rear of the driver, improving cleanliness, naturalness and micro-detail. The 2-way configuration, the 2.0 kHz crossover, the sensitivity of 87 dB and compatibility with amplifiers from 15 to 150 W make the KEF Q3 Meta a speaker that is easy to fit into modern hi-fi chains, maintaining control, dynamics and precision in the soundstage.
