The KEF Q11 Meta are the reference towers of the new Q Series, designed to offer broad, energetic and refined listening in high-level stereo systems and advanced home cinema systems. This model adopts a 3-way bass reflex configuration, designed for larger rooms and for those who want an authoritative, deep and always well-controlled sound.
Advanced technology for detail, coherence and immersion
The heart of the design is the 12th-generation Uni-Q driver with MAT™, combined with a 19 mm tweeter and a 100 mm midrange, a solution that promotes more uniform dispersion and a more precise soundstage. Added to this are three 165 mm woofers in hybrid aluminium, dedicated to the low range, for a more energetic performance and more accurate separation between high, mid and low frequencies. KEF also states that MAT technology helps absorb 99% of the unwanted noise coming from the rear of the driver, improving the cleanliness and naturalness of the sound.
Designed for high-level music and home theatre
The Q11 Meta are suited to those looking for a floorstanding speaker capable of combining impact, depth, tonal precision and versatility of placement. With a frequency response of 44 Hz – 20 kHz (±3 dB), a sensitivity of 89 dB and a recommended amplifier power of between 15 and 225 W, they are a very interesting solution both for quality stereo electronics and for high-performance multichannel setups. They are available in Satin Black, Satin White and Walnut finishes.
