Gallo Acoustics Droplet A'Diva: 5-inch spherical pendant loudspeaker
Hung from the ceiling on its cable, Droplet A'Diva is the pendant take on the Gallo Acoustics A'Diva satellite. The 5-inch sphere, almost 13 cm, is metal throughout (mild steel) and contains a 3-inch full-range drive unit, specially developed and free of any crossover; the cone is in Mical polypropylene compound and the terminal section has been reworked.
The stated frequency response covers the span between 95 Hz and 20 kHz, with a sensitivity of 88 dB/W into a nominal 8 Ohm. Power handling is 50 W full range, becoming 100 W with a crossover. The loudspeaker comes with 2 m of loudspeaker cable and the ceiling rose set, complete with a white rose and a black rose.
