Motorised ceiling lift for projectors, residential version
PDR-RES is the Future Automation PDR Projector Drop mechanism for home cinema rooms: it keeps the projector hidden in the ceiling and lowers it when it is needed.
This version is designed for residential installations. The projector fixing system is universal and the drop distance can be adjusted. The mechanism is motorised and is a product for indoor use.

Installation
The pre-install frame is made of MDF and has an edge that gets plastered in ("Plaster In Edge"), giving a clean recess in the ceiling: no flange stays visible around the mechanism and, once the lid is shut, all that shows is a 3 mm shadow gap. The frame can go in during the first stage of the works; the mechanism clicks into it later by means of spring-loaded locks, and the cable route is already provided for.
