Motorised ceiling lift for Barco projectors
PDR-BARCO is the Future Automation PDR Projector Drop mechanism sized for specific Barco projectors: it keeps the projector hidden in the ceiling of a home cinema room and lowers it when it is needed.
Each version is built around the dimensions of one projector model, and each can be had with either of two travel lengths. The fixing system is universal and the drop distance can be adjusted. The mechanism is motorised and is a product for indoor use.

Available sizes
For every projector the lift comes with two travel lengths, measured below the finished ceiling: 740 mm, which is the standard travel, and 1200 mm. The travel is shown by the last part of the code.
Installation
The pre-install frame is made of MDF and has an edge that gets plastered in ("Plaster In Edge"), giving a clean recess in the ceiling: no flange stays visible around the mechanism and, once the lid is shut, all that shows is a 3 mm shadow gap. The frame can go in during the first stage of the works; the mechanism clicks into it later by means of spring-loaded locks, and the cable route is already provided for. The MDF ceiling panel supplied with the lift can be covered with a finishing material where one is wanted.
