Motorised TV lift with telescopic extension and electric flap
The Future Automation LSM-TU is a compact lifting mechanism that adds a telescopic extension to the vertical rise: it carries the screen higher than an ordinary lift would, and the cabinet does not have to be any taller. It comes in four sizes and holds 30 kg at most.
The lid is an electric flap that opens by itself before the screen starts to rise, so the whole sequence is automatic. Which size to pick depends on how tall the screen is; the manufacturer places the mechanism among screens from 50" to 65".

Available sizes
The LSM-TU4 takes screens with a height of 680 mm at most, the LSM-TU5 goes to 740 mm, the LSM-TU6 to 810 mm and the LSM-TU7 to 920 mm. For the first three sizes the manufacturer also states the maximum lift distance, measured between the upper edge of the screen and the cabinet top: 1255 mm for the LSM-TU4, 1315 mm for the LSM-TU5 and 1385 mm for the LSM-TU6.
