Motorised outdoor and marine TV lift with swivel
LSH-S-MO is a Future Automation mechanism that raises a television out of a piece of furniture and turns it towards the viewer; it is meant for large screens installed outside or on board.
The mechanism is built into furniture, custom cabinetry or architectural joinery. On command it brings the screen up vertically out of its housing and, once viewing is over, lowers it back inside where it cannot be seen. With the screen raised, the television can turn as far as 180° to either side and the rotation is fully programmable, which helps when one room has several viewing positions.
Key features
- Motorised lifting and swivel movement
- Programmable rotation reaching 180° either way
- 100 kg maximum load; a version with greater capacity also exists
- Stainless steel parts, a sealed beam for lifting and an IP-rated box for the controls
- Standard control by contact closure, IR and RS232; RF as an option
- Black painted finish, RAL 9005, with custom finishes possible
Available sizes
Future Automation builds LSH-S-MO in four standard sizes. Depending on the size, the cabinet needs an internal height between 1110 and 1470 mm and the tallest screen accepted measures between 800 and 1160 mm; the shortest screen height ranges from 680 to 1040 mm. Every size carries 100 kg. Optional telescopic versions and versions with a high-power servo are also foreseen for made-to-measure installations.
Environments
The mechanism suits indoor and outdoor use and is marine suitable. Its outdoor construction is there to withstand the environmental stress that open-air systems normally face. Future Automation indicates it for residential, marine and commercial settings.
