CHR-M ceiling TV hinge for marine settings, 40" to 88" screens
CHR-M is the newest-generation series of ceiling TV hinges that Future Automation intends for marine settings: a motorised mechanism that swings screens between 40" and 88" down from the ceiling by as much as 100°.
At rest the television lies flat inside the ceiling and the marine locks secure the mechanism while it is shut. A ceiling panel can be fixed beneath the mechanism, so the finish of the surface around it carries on unbroken. Every CHR-M is delivered as a single unit prepared for installation, which limits mistakes and makes fitting more straightforward.

Load capacity and ceiling panel
The declared maximum weight counts that of the added ceiling panel: 50 kg for CHR4-M and 40 kg for CHR5-M, with a panel of 10 kg at most; 90 kg for CHR6-M, 150 kg for CHR7-M and 120 kg for CHR8-M, with a panel of 30 kg at most. The mechanism weighs from roughly 105 kg, in the smallest size, to roughly 230 kg. The series also exists in a version with screen swivel.
