Focal Diva Mezza Utopia

Focal Diva Mezza Utopia: 3-way wireless active loudspeakers

A pair of active, connected loudspeakers developed by Focal together with Naim: the electronics sit inside the cabinets, so a mains socket and a source are all you need. Each speaker has 500 watts of amplification and the system is intended for rooms of up to 100 square metres.

Drivers and link

A 27 mm IAL2 beryllium inverted-dome tweeter with M profile, a 16.5 cm W midrange with TMD suspension and NIC motor, and four 20.5 cm W woofers in a push-push layout. The two speakers talk to each other wirelessly over Ultra Wideband at 96 kHz / 24 bit, uncompressed.

Streaming and tuning

The Pulse platform brings Ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 networking, internet radio and Bluetooth aptX Adaptive; the ADAPT function, from the Focal and Naim app, matches the response to the room.
