FIA™ architecture and dedicated power supplies
The Eversolo DAC-Z10 was born as an absolute reference DAC, designed to transform every digital signal into an authentic, three-dimensional listening experience. At the heart of the project is the Fully Isolated Architecture (FIA™) , a platform that completely separates the digital and analog domains, eliminating any electrical interference between the sections. Each channel has an independent linear power supply , with three ultra-low noise toroidal transformers , dedicated to the left channel, right channel and system. This structure creates an extremely pure operating environment, in which the signal can express itself without contamination, ensuring high dynamics, background silence and absolute stability.
Dual-mono conversion and advanced timing precision
The conversion section adopts a balanced dual-mono configuration , with AK4191 + AK4499 dedicated to each channel , based on AKM Velvet Sound™ technology. This solution allows for perfectly symmetrical decoding, with maximum channel separation and a natural and coherent timbre reproduction. Timing control is entrusted to the Eversolo Precision Core™ system, which integrates OCXO and PLL for extremely stable clock reconstruction with very low jitter. The DAC also supports external 10 MHz and 25 MHz clocks , making it ideal for professional integrations. Downstream, the fully balanced preamplifier with analog R2R volume control preserves signal linearity at any listening level, keeping microdynamics and naturalness intact.
Analog section, headphones and advanced control
On the analog front, the DAC-Z10 offers XLR and RCA outputs with selectable gain up to +10 dB , ensuring compatibility with any amplifier. The built-in headphone amplifier delivers up to 1 W into 16/32 Ω and 160 mW into 300 Ω , with automatic impedance detection and selectable gain levels. The CNC aircraft-grade aluminum chassis ensures rigidity and shielding, while the 8.8” IPS touchscreen display allows for comprehensive and intuitive control, with signal path visualization, VU meter and selectable digital filters. Management is also available via mobile app , remote control and trigger, making the DAC-Z10 a complete and refined solution for high-end hi-fi and home cinema systems.
