The Bowers & Wilkins HTM81 D4 is the flagship centre speaker in the 800 Series D4, designed to deliver flawless vocal intelligibility , lifelike cinematic dynamics and perfect tonal coherence with the main speakers in the range.
Thanks to the Diamond Dome tweeter mounted in a solid aluminum housing and the decoupled Continuum™ FST midrange, the sound is reproduced with extreme precision, transparency and naturalness. The highly rigid cabinet construction and the Flowport™ system ensure low-frequency control and reduced resonances, even at high volumes.
3-way architecture with Aerofoil™ technology
At the heart of the HTM81 D4 is the 130mm Continuum™ FST midrange driver, mounted in a custom configuration to eliminate unwanted coloration. The 25mm Diamond Dome tweeter extends the frequency response beyond 35kHz, delivering superior micro-detail and sonic openness.
The two 200mm Aerofoil™ woofers deliver deep, controlled, and dynamically stable bass—ideal for impactful soundtracks. The result is a center channel capable of maintaining precision, power, and coherence even in top-tier home theater systems.
