An ultra-slim tower only 13 cm wide
Totem Arro is a two-way floorstanding loudspeaker with a 4.5-inch woofer, 0.75-inch textile tweeter and a cabinet only 13 cm wide.
It is one of Totem's slimmest towers and was created for rooms where a conventional floorstander would be too visually dominant. Despite its dimensions, stated response reaches 40 Hz. The 4-ohm impedance deserves more amplifier attention than the 8-ohm Bison Tower, but remains manageable with stable electronics.
Key features
- Ultra-slim two-way floorstanding loudspeaker.
- 4.5-inch sandwich-cone woofer with dual magnets.
- 0.75-inch impregnated textile-dome tweeter.
- Specified frequency response of 40 Hz-20 kHz ±3 dB.
- 4-ohm nominal impedance and 87 dB sensitivity.
- Recommended amplifier power from 20 to 80 W.
- Second-order Linkwitz-Riley crossover at 2.4 kHz.
- Cabinet roughly 85 cm high and 18 cm deep.
Small frontal area, broad spatial presentation
The narrow cabinet reduces nearby baffle area around the drivers and helps support wide lateral dispersion. Its compact woofer works in a tuned enclosure to achieve useful bass extension relative to size, while the tweeter is integrated through a second-order crossover network.
Arro or Bison Tower
Bison Tower is wider, extends slightly deeper and presents an easier 8-ohm load. Arro instead focuses on minimal footprint, visual discretion and placement flexibility. It is therefore the better fit when a true stereo tower is wanted without the visual volume of a conventional floorstanding cabinet.
Arro room and amplifier matching
Recommended power is modest, but the nominal 4-ohm load still requires a stable amplifier. Arro is especially suitable for small and medium rooms, narrow living spaces or stereo systems where furniture limits speaker placement. Its slim structure also makes close-to-wall installation easier to manage. Low mass and the very narrow baffle also make it easy to reposition during setup, useful in smaller rooms where a few centimetres of wall clearance or toe-in can materially alter perceived balance. Its narrow profile can also be useful where the speaker must sit beside furniture or a screen without blocking sight lines. It remains a useful choice when a conventional tower would compromise circulation space or dominate the room visually.
