Canor Virtus I2

Class A stereo valve integrated amplifier with four KT88s: 2 × 40 W, or 2 × 20 W in triode mode.

Virtus I2: the design

The Virtus I2 has automatic bias with cathode feedback, relay volume control and low-ESR, high-capacity filter capacitors. In mono it delivers 80 W: the XLR inputs are there for this.

Canor is a Slovak manufacturer based in Prešov. Many of its components share the proprietary CMT technology for the circuit boards and a solid aluminium chassis designed to stop vibration.
