High-performance in-wall subwoofer for custom installations
Deep bass and high sound pressure, completely invisible
The B&W ISW-8 is the most powerful passive in-wall subwoofer in the Bowers & Wilkins Custom Install range, designed to deliver deep, controlled, high-sound pressure low frequencies in dedicated home theater rooms and large spaces.
Designed for in-wall installation, it achieves a significant physical impact while maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic. It's the ideal solution for high-end residential projects requiring an invisible home theater system with performance comparable to traditional, large subwoofers.
Dual woofer configuration for maximum dynamics
The B&W ISW-8 integrates two 200 mm (8") long-excursion woofers , designed to work in perfect synergy and guarantee greater emissive surface, transient control and low frequency articulation.
The reinforced cabinet reduces unwanted vibrations and resonances, ensuring seamless integration with Bowers & Wilkins in-wall speakers. As a passive model, it requires dedicated amplification—such as the B&W SA250 module—to optimize power and frequency response. It can be used individually or in a multi-subwoofer configuration for even, linear distribution of low frequencies.
