Class G, Matrix Channel Assignment and sixteen channels: the flagship Radia AV amplifier
Arcam AVA35 is the flagship Radia AV amplifier with nine Class G power stages, 16-channel processing, Matrix Channel Assignment, HDMI 2.1a 8K and Dirac Live.
AVA35 brings Arcam Class G technology to the new Radia AV platform and adds greater configuration flexibility than AVA25. Nine internal power stages work with 16-channel processing and Matrix Channel Assignment, allowing amplifier roles to be adapted freely to the room while retaining integrated streaming and room correction.

Nine Class G power stages
The power section uses nine Class G channels and, according to the distributor specification, delivers 7x110 W or 9x95 W into 8 ohms. Compared with AVA25, the difference is not only greater output: Class G is designed for higher efficiency and lower crossover distortion while retaining strong dynamic reserve.
Matrix Channel Assignment
AVA35 introduces Matrix Channel Assignment across the full 16-channel platform. Channels can be reassigned with greater freedom to match amplification, subwoofers, height and surround duties to the actual room layout, a substantial distinction from the more limited reassignment available on AVA25.
Immersive cinema and HDMI 2.1a
Dolby Atmos, Dolby True HD, Atmos Height Virtualisation, DTS:X, DTS HD Master, DTS Virtual:X, IMAX Enhanced and Auro-3D operate with seven HDMI 2.1a inputs and three outputs. The system supports 8K/60 Hz, 4K/120 Hz, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, HLG, VRR and ALLM, with a separate Zone 2.
Dirac Live
Dirac Live Room Correction is integrated to calibrate the system's time and frequency response in the room. Dirac Live Bass Control and Dirac Live Active Room Treatment are available as upgrades, extending low-frequency management and loudspeaker-room interaction in complex configurations.
Streaming and Radia AV Control
Arcam Radia AV Control combines setup, operation, Internet Radio, podcasts and UPnP. Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Qobuz Connect, Roon Ready, AirPlay and Google Cast are joined by Bluetooth 5.4 with Snapdragon Sound, LE Audio and Auracast for both receiving and transmitting.
Integration and outputs
Three RCA inputs, two coaxial and two optical inputs sit alongside 16 RCA pre-outs and the Zone 2 output. RS232, IR and 12V trigger support custom integration; the 6.5-inch colour display and back-lit Bluetooth remote keep the interface consistent with the new Radia AV family.
Dimensions and accessories
Arcam specifies 432 x 170 x 459.1 mm and a net weight of 22.7 kg. The distributor lists 29.4 kg, which matches Arcam's packed weight, so the manufacturer's net weight is used in the description. Supplied items include mains lead, rear-panel cowl, remote with batteries, microphone, 5 m USB cable, Quick Start Guide and safety instructions.
