The Rotel RAP-1580MKII is the ideal home theater solution with uncompromising audio and video performance. It supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X in 7.1.4, with a power of 7x140 Watts in Class AB (4 Ohm) and is licensed for the new Dirac Live room room correction technology, ensuring maximum performance in any environment.

The power stage is in class AB, and develops 140 Watts for seven channels. All this power is stored in an oversized power supply stage with a Rotel in-house toroidal transformer.

The Hi-End construction of this amplifier is also evident from the use of an array of 6 individual audiophile quality 24bit/192KHz Wolfson DAC digital/analog converters and from the circuit topology, supported by a meticulous selection and placement of critical components, for the benefit of detail, resolution and extremely low background noise.

Furthermore, as a novelty, the new Dirac Live LE room correction system is also added, which, via the USB calibration microphone supplied, guarantees an optimal acoustic correction system for each environment, greater depth and bass control, for maximum performance with both music and movies.

Both the 8 HDMI inputs and 2 outputs support 4K, while the 3 inputs and both outputs also support HDCP 2.2 HDR. The RAP-1580MKII also includes a wide range of audio-only, analog, digital, PC-USB 24/192, Bluetooth wireless apt-X, XLR, Phono MM and front-panel iOS USB inputs.

All settings and configurations of the preamp are possible both via the HDMI OSD and directly from the front panel display. The standard equipment is completed by the remote control, the RS232 and Ethernet sockets, ensuring compatibility with all the most popular home automation control systems.
