The pair of Bowers & Wilkins 607 S3 speakers suits a system where shelves, stands or room size set the limits. Each enclosure is 300 mm high and 165 mm wide and carries a 130 mm Continuum bass/midrange driver. The 25 mm Titanium Dome tweeter links it to the 606 S3 and 603 S3, but enclosure volume and sensitivity are different.

Compact by design
The Continuum cone handles both midrange and bass in a two-way system. A decoupled tweeter covers treble, and a Flowport vent tunes the cabinet. The 207 mm depth describes the bare enclosure: grille and terminals take it to 235 mm, before cable clearance. This distinction matters on a shelf with a fixed depth.
Choosing against the 606 S3
The 606 S3 uses a 165 mm driver and a larger cabinet; the 607 S3 has a 130 mm driver and weighs 4.65 kg each. Both specify a 52 Hz-28 kHz response at ±3 dB, yet the 607 S3 has 84 dB sensitivity against the larger model's 88 dB. Frequency limits alone do not settle the choice: available space, desired level and amplifier matching also matter.
Dedicated stands are sold separately. Stands can bring the tweeters to listening height without using furniture space. In a multichannel system the pair can serve as surrounds or a compact front pair, with the HTM6 S3 handling dialogue. Pay attention to the 3.0-ohm impedance minimum when selecting an amplifier, alongside the recommended 30-100 W power range.
