Focal Aria Evo X - CC

Focal Aria Evo X CC: 2-way centre channel

The centre speaker of the Aria Evo X series, matched in tone to the floorstanding models for an even front stage in any configuration. Two 16.5 cm Flax cones either side of the TAM tweeter give body and clarity to voices. The MDF cabinet is a bass reflex design with two rear ports, for less compressed bass.

The heart of the series is the Flax cone, patented and unveiled by Focal in 2013 following over five years of development work: a sandwich with a core of French flax fibre, light, stiff and well damped, which gives a natural sound and a rich midrange. The TMD suspension, from 2015, steadies the movement of the midrange. The TAM tweeter, built in France, has an aluminium-magnesium inverted dome with M profile and works in a waveguide, for wide dispersion.
