The black back makes the picture sharper and higher in contrast and stops light coming from behind. It must not be used as a blackout blind: sun and heat damage it.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMicroperforated\u003c\/strong\u003e (front projection, sound-transparent, gain 1.05): lets through the sound of speakers placed behind the screen, with 0.4 mm holes you cannot see while projecting. This is the fabric Screenline recommends in the tensioned version; it goes up to 406 x 228 cm.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGrey High Contrast\u003c\/strong\u003e (front projection, gain 0.8): soft grey PVC that makes dark colours deeper; Screenline indicates it for projectors above 1,500 ANSI lumens.
