It can be installed on a wall, on a desk or on floor stands using the compatible accessories; adding a Monitor Audio subwoofer extends the response to the full range. It finds a place in design-conscious homes, in small commercial spaces and in home cinema rooms.

The newly developed 4-inch bass-mid cone in C-CAM with RST III geometry is matched with a Gold Dome tweeter of the fully vented type, also in C-CAM and 19 mm across. The pairing aims at precise, natural sound, with controlled dispersion and low distortion. A redrawn crossover and through-bolt fixing of the drive units complete the design.

Technical features

Configuration: two-way

Drive units: 4-inch RST III bass-mid cone in C-CAM and 19 mm Gold Dome tweeter in C-CAM

In-room frequency response (-6 dB): from 100 Hz to 35 kHz

Sensitivity: 82 dB (2.83 Vrms at 1 m, free field)

Nominal impedance: 8 Ohm, with a minimum of 3.8 Ohm at 950 Hz

Crossover point: 3.2 kHz

Suggested amplification: 25-50 W on 8 Ohm, 50-100 W on 4 Ohm; continuous power handling 50 W

Size with every accessory fitted: height 135 mm, width 135 mm, depth 156 mm

Weight: 1.8 kg each; compatible brackets MASM and FIX-M

Available versions

Sold as a pair, in High Gloss Black and Satin White finishes.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0615/5278/7645/files/monitor-audio-radius-1-4g-nero-lucido.jpg?v=1791447414
