In a film it is the speaker that reproduces most of the soundtrack, starting with the dialogue. It carries a 28 mm soft-dome tweeter between two 14 cm long-throw woofers.

The Cerotar tweeter has a dome with precision coating and the Hexis inner dome, which shapes the airflow and reduces resonances. The two Esotec+ mid-woofers have MSP (Magnesium Silicate Polymer) cones formed from a single piece and 38 mm aluminium voice coils, with an aramid fibre spider and a surround derived from the Contour series. All the drivers use Ferrite+ ceramic magnets. The cabinet has a tapered, rounded shape, with the screws hidden by rings made as one part.

Technical features

System: 2.5-way according to the specifications, bass reflex with rear port

Drivers: 28 mm Cerotar tweeter with Hexis, two 14 cm MSP mid-woofers

Sensitivity: 88 dB (2.83 V / 1 m)

Rated impedance: 4 Ohm

Frequency response: 50 Hz - 23 kHz (+/- 3 dB)

Crossover: 1200 and 2300 Hz, second order

Dimensions (W x H x D): 600 x 180 x 267 mm

Weight: 11.8 kg

Available versions

Sold as a single unit, in Black, White, Walnut and Light Oak finishes.
