Multichannel audio passes as bitstream, object-based formats included, while the dedicated audio outputs make it possible to connect an amplifier or soundbar without going through the screen. CEC commands from the sources are not forwarded to the display, to avoid unwanted power-on or input changes. The source is selected from the front panel or with the IR remote; automatic switching is available only on units with a serial number from 70522400001 upwards, or with a letter as the fourth character.

Key features

Two HDMI inputs switched to one output

HDCP 2.2, 4K at 60 Hz in 4:4:4

Support for 3D signals

Analogue and optical audio outputs at the same time

CEC commands blocked towards the display

Advanced EDID handling

Connections

Two inputs and one output on HDMI type A; optical S/PDIF output and 3.5 mm stereo minijack; 3.5 mm minijack for the IR receiver.
